Today Jugohem as a stock corporation is doing business on the highest level following the demands of the market and the customers. Recently ISO Standard 9001 was implemented with the objective to update all business operations. he Company produces a wide range of chemical products aimed for the industry as well as for households. Jugohem is the regional leader in production of sealants for use in the electrical industry and telecommunications. Long term investments into development of intumescent coatings have made Jugohem in Southeast Europe the only producer of intumescent coatings, that satisfy the high standards of quality and ecology.
The production program is divided into departments:
The first department is consisted of product groups aimed for industrial use.: - Chemotechical products
- Oils and Lubricants
- Fireproof systems
The second department is consisted of product groups for consumer goods:
- Paints, Lacquers, Glues
- Detergents and cleaners
- Autocosmetic
- Polich appliances
 Production is taking place in a couple of sheds with modern chemical- technological production lines, production and packaging equipment. The product packaging in 1 litre units is done on the automatic filling and labelling line whose capacity is 6 million items per year. The capacity of aerosol filling equipment is 3 million items on the annual level. Within the factory there is a modern equipped laboratory for performing quality tests of raw materials and final products, as well as for new technological research. With the aim to close the production cycle there is also a shed for production of industrial packaging and other items made of PVC.
 Sales of Jugohem’s products is performed by a licensed distribution company as well as by dealer companies. By opening retail stores in Nova Pazova and Arilje Jugohem has started the development of its own retail network, to be in direct contact with its final customers and get introduced with their needs.
Cooperation as well as correct business relationships with local and foreign partners, with renowned global size suppliers as Clariant, BASF, DSM, Neochimiki present one of the key stones of Jugohem’s business policy. Innovations and constant search for new and better technological solutions are a systematic part of Jugohem’s approach. The objective of innovative research is achieving new values and new competitive products, that will ensure the progress and growth of the Company. ISO 9001: 2000 The Management Quality Control System was introduced to define responsibilities, processes and procedures that are used in management of quality. The final objective is to bring the Company closer to the needs of its customers.
